Welcome to Irele Beach Resort ("Irele", "we", "us"). These Terms of Service govern your booking and your use of our website, facilities and services at 1 Chaka Beach Road, Moseyo, Eleko Beach, Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos, Nigeria. By making a booking or using our facilities, you agree to these terms.

1. Agreement

These terms form the agreement between you (the guest) and Irele Beach Resort. Please read them together with our Privacy Policy, Disclaimer and Security & Safety notice.

2. Bookings & payment

  • A booking is confirmed only when you receive written confirmation from us and any required deposit has been received.
  • Prices are quoted in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and may change until a booking is confirmed.
  • You are responsible for providing accurate guest details at the time of booking.
  • Online booking through our booking partner is being introduced. Until then, reservations may be made by WhatsApp, email or phone.

3. Cancellation & changes

Cancellation and amendment terms are shared with you at the time of booking and stated on your confirmation. As a general guide, we ask for reasonable notice so that we can offer the A-frame to other guests. Deposits may be non-refundable within a defined window before arrival. No-shows may be charged in full.

4. Check-in & check-out

  • Standard check-in and check-out times are confirmed with your booking. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability.
  • A valid means of identification is required at check-in.
  • Guests must be of legal age to make a reservation.

5. House rules & conduct

  • Please treat the A-frames, grounds, pools and beach with care and respect for other guests and the environment.
  • Quiet hours may apply. Events and gatherings must be arranged in advance.
  • We operate a responsible-use policy around the pools and ocean. Follow posted signage and staff guidance at all times.
  • We reserve the right to refuse service or ask guests to leave for behaviour that endangers others or damages property, without refund.

6. Day pass & facilities

Day passes, where offered, grant access to specified facilities for the day and are subject to capacity, opening hours and the same house rules. Facilities may occasionally close for maintenance, weather or private events.

7. Liability

You use the pools, beach, water and wellness facilities at your own risk. Please read our Disclaimer. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Irele is not liable for loss, injury or damage except where caused by our proven negligence.

8. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking applies to that booking. For any questions, contact us at stay@irelebeachresort.com.
